Session Usage
All package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. This supports your progress and helps you receive the best results.
Right of Withdrawal
Under German law, you have the right to withdraw from your booking within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have begun. If you request your first session within this period, you waive this right once the session takes place.
Refund Policy
A refund is only possible if both of the following conditions are met:

The request is made within 14 days of purchase, and

No sessions from the package have begun.
If a refund is issued, any transaction or processing fees (such as bank transfer or PayPal fees) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Once your first session has taken place, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the purchase date.
Session Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged a fee of 40 euros. This policy helps ensure appointment times are respected and allows me to offer your spot to others who may be waiting.
Lateness
If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Please let me know as soon as possible if you expect to be late, as this helps keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.
Communication
All bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling requests should be made via method email online, phone or watsapp.

Your personal information and session details are kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR. For more details, please see my Privacy Policy.
Scope of Practice & Disclaimer
My services support emotional and personal growth and do not replace medical or psychological treatment. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Please consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Session Conduct
Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space for your session and able to participate fully.
Force Majeure/Unexpected Events
In the event of illness, emergency, or technical issues, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty.
Limitation of Liability:
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body, or health, as required by law.
Governing Law and Language / Anwendbares Recht und Vertragssprache
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The contractual language is English. If a translation is provided, the English version shall prevail in case of discrepancies.
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Die Vertragssprache ist Englisch. Im Falle einer Übersetzung ist die englische Version maßgeblich.
